Grandparent's Day is fast approaching to be on Friday, October 9, 2009. PTF sent out invitations to all who sent in the forms. You may want to check with grandparent's to make sure they received their invitation. Reservations must be made by the 6th of the month of October to be able to come.
We will be memorizing a couple of Bible verses and a poem for our class to perform for the grandparent's. Look here to review the verses they will be learning and the poem so you can help review at home. Please continue to practice with your children.
The Poem is as follows:
Grandmas and Grandpas are everything nice,
Like presents and candy and raspberry ice,
and chocolate fudge sundaes with cherries on top,
and popcorn and peanuts and grape soda pop,
In winter or summer, in rain or in sun,
Grandpa's and Grandma's are wonderful fun!
