Digital Storytelling


Description of workshop
Teachers and students can express personal stories and create academic visual reports using digital storytelling. Come learn how to create a digital story - complete with images, text, and voice recoding while honoring the age old process of storytelling. During this 2-part series, participants will view and evaluate student projects, brainstorm teaching opportunities, and work with video editing software. Movie Maker will be provided on PCs. Support for iMovie will be provided for Mac users with MacBooks.

Location: Falmouth High School, 874 Gifford Street, Falmouth
Directions:  Follow Route 28 to Falmouth to the Brick Kiln Road exit. Take a left at the bottom of the Brick Kiln Road exit. Continue on Brick Kiln Road to the first set of traffic lights. The Falmouth High School sign is on the left. Take a left at the lights onto Gifford Street. Falmouth High School is a short distance up the road on the left.
