1998 (right) and 2004  (below) working on Cars

So, your brave enough to ask me what i know about cars:  Basically, heres the deal -- always worked and maintained my own cars ever since the '88 Z24 -- that means all fluid changes, swaps, work, etc. has been done by me, except for laser alignments and that sort of thing.

1988 Cavalier Z24 5 Speed, my first "real" car -- I drove this beast 100k miles in 3 years -- and broke about everything but the engine, which was removed after the car rotted away -- and still lives in another car which is still driving around in MA with probably 300k or so on it by now!  (Yes, it used to be gray!)

1993 Cavalier Z24 Convertible, w/ 5 spd 3.1 Liter Turbo McLaren V6 and custom fuel injection, electronic exhaust cutout, and alchohol injection, KYB GR2 suspension, Suspension Techniques Lowering Springs, Motegi Racing rims w/ 205/65/R16 Yoko Avid V4's.  I have extensive pictures and knowledge of GM J-cars.

1998 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP Coupe w/ 3.8 S/C engine, 3.4" Pulley, high flow intake, U-bend removal, urethane swaybar links, and KYB GR2's all the way around.  Certainly my last GM car.

2003 Subaru Legacy L Special Edition, 5 speed, 2.5 EJ25ph2 (sohc) boxer:   Fell in love with AWD in this very car!   Subwoofer added, not much changed, drove for 11 months, traded in for:

2006 Subaru Legacy GT Limited Sedan, 5 Speed tiptronic Auto, EJ25Ph3 Turbo, intercooled, Rear LSD, stock w/ intake.  Upgraded sound system with same audio system as in the '03.  Sold to my sister due to lack of work.  Will probably buy it back when shes ready to trade it in.

1994 Subaru Legacy L Wagon, 5 speed EJ22:  Bought this car from a guy who lived in Oregon his whole life, the car has virtually no rust, and is in very good condition, aside from scratches and dings.  It could use some body work and a paintjob.   I put a new timing belt on it at 120k, as well as a new water pump, belts, and i'm soon to change the plugs (wires are in good shape) and its in need of new radiator hoses and one CV joint up front.  The transmission makes some syncrho noises, but from what i've heard, all these things make a ton of noise!   I'm just glad to have a good running car that will last!
