The Mt. Vernon Neighborhood Association is a membership organization composed of individuals living in or owning property in the Mt. Vernon neighborhood of Dayton, Ohio. Our purpose is to act as the official advocate of the neighborhood. We focus on issues that will enhance the quality of life of neighborhood members.
