About Mrs. Anderson

I would like to tell you a little about myself.  I have been teaching for a total of seven years now.  Only three of those years have been here at Moravia.  I spent four years in Oskaloosa teaching Title 1 Reading and Math before coming here to Moravia.  I have taught 2nd grade, 1st grade and now preschool here at Moravia.  I have really enjoyed teaching here in Moravia.  I love the support system that I have from my parents.  Also, the students I have had the priviledge of teaching have been wonderful.
Now, for a little personal information.  I am married to a man named, Larry Anderson.  We live in Lovilia with our two children, Carter (5yrs.) and Makenna (2 years).  We are currently expecting our third child in March. I enjoy spending my free time with my children and scrapbooking.  As a family we spend a lot of time camping in the summers around Lake Rathbun and up in Minnesota.  My husband's family consists of 33 people and we all meet up in Minnesota for camping.  Sounds like fun, doesn't it?
I went to college in William Penn in Oskaloosa.  I received my B.A. in elementary education with endorsements in reading and special education.  I went on from college straight into teaching at Oskaloosa.  I have enjoyed my years of teaching so far and I am looking forward to many more.
