The Minnesota Chapter of InfraGard has created a response connection with Minnesota Homeland Security and Emergency Management entitled Public-Private Coordination and Action Team (P2CAT). The goals of this effort are to:
- Establish information sharing and analysis between businesses, particularly those that are a part of the critical infrastructure, or critical to the local, regional or state economy.

Create the interface and structure to support information sharing and coordination between businesses and officials in Federal and State & local governments.

Develop and maintain a list of individuals with unique skill sets and organizations with resources who have agreed to be available in the event of significant incident affecting the upper-Midwest region.
