 Projects November 2009-Present Student Leaders, As I said in the meeting, The following is some supplemental information in regards to the MSCSA Proposed Legislative Agenda. Here you can read my report that I will be presenting to the Governing Council at the conference in December. There is also more detailed information regarding both the state grant, and the unallotments. The Amicus Briefing is the report that the House of Representatives has filed agaisnt Govenor Pawlenty in the case between 6 individuals who were adversely affected by the unallotments. It is a pretty dense read, but the article from Minnpost regaurding the unallotments is an easier read which breaks down the argument a little more clearly. Please think critically when determining our approach to the legislative agenda, MCTC is already a known powerhouse on the statewide level, and I am sure you and your fellow student leaders will come back to the next senate meeting and make some educated decisions on behalf of all of our students.
