Please email your complete proposal according to the posted specifications to bnmvcc@gmail.com by 10 AM, 10/23/2008 deadline. We encourage electronic submissions. If you'd prefer to ALSO send a hard copy of your proposal by 10/23, please let me know and I'll provide you with an address.
If you are selected as a finalist, we plan to conduct a brief telephone/video conference test with you on Tuesday 10/27.
