The Dealer's Room

The MarsCon Dealer's Room has long been a center piece of the convention. We take pride in having a dealer's room that, while not the largest, possesses a wonderful diverisity. A recent online poll revealed that our dealer's room is the #2 reason people come to MarsCon (right behind hanging out with friends and other fanac).

Table Registration

In an effort to have the best mix of unique vendors, our dealer's room is now juried.  If you're interested in hawking your wares at MarsCon, send us a description of what you sell, along with photos and (if possible) a photo of your setup at another convention. Contact dealers@marscon.net for information.

Tables are $75 each through December 20th, $100 thereafter. Each table comes with one complimentary membership to the con. A second membership (per table) may be purchased for $10.

The tables are 30" x 72" in size and will be covered with a white tablecloth. If you wish to cover your table at night, please bring a sheet. We can request one from the hotel, but there's absolutely no guarantee that we'll receive one - be safe and bring your own!

Friday 6 pm-9 pm
Saturday 10 am-6 pm
Sunday 10 am-3 pm
 

Setup Rules

Setup "officially" begins at 4 pm on Friday, which is the earliest the hotel says they can accomodate us. In years past we've been allowed in as early as 11 am, but this is the "official word." Arrive early at your peril!

Electricity is (of course) available, but let us know ahead of time if you'll be needing it at your table.
