MarsCon Hotel Update

Hi Everyone,

I visited the Hotel on Sunday and there has been a lot of
improvements. The first thing you will recognize is a change to the
roof line. It will look different from the outside, not as outdated.
They have also added new awnings to every entrance. There is more
space in the front to park your car and on the side and rear entrance
there is a larger smoking area.

In the front they leveled off the road under the ramp so it is even
with the sidewalk. Four cars can be unloading at the same time and
you can push the cart up to your car to unload from your trunk. They
have also replaced the entrance door into the lobby with automatic
sliding doors. This will help with loading and unloading.

On the inside they have created a total of 8 new handicap rooms. 3 of
the handicap rooms have roll-in-showers for those in wheelchairs.
They also have made some other changes like adding a handicap
restroom on the main hallway and updating other areas.

Finally, they have removed the trash dumpsters from the back parking
lot which will open up more space and they will also be re-doing the
pavement and re-striping the parking spaces.

Overall the hotel is looking in better shape and you get the feeling
Mr. Kiani is trying to keep improving it. Makes me feel good about
our decision to stay there.
