Band Booster Organization 2009-2010:
Band booster meetings are held the third Thursday of every month at 7:00PM in the High School Chorus room (just down the hall from the Band Room) unless circumstances such as school closings dictate otherwise. The High School Chorus room is located directly behind the old auditorium. Enter the High School at the main entrance; proceed past the guard room down the hallway; turn right at the end of the hallway and the chorus room is on the left. All parents with children in the Band Program are automatically part of the Band Boosters organization. There is no cost to join or attend the meetings. All parents are encouraged to attend these monthly meetings to discuss and/or vote on fundraisers, trips, events, and other business that may come before the Band Booster Organization. Your opportunity to support your children and provide input into funding activities occurs at these meetings. Learn about fund raisers, trips, schedules, performances, forms, fees, and other issues that affect your student before your student even knows about it. Never be "in the dark" again. If you have always wanted to help the Band but never knew how to get involved, these meetings are the place to go to become a part of your students band career. | Meeting Minutes
