About Me

I am  a registered dietitian and nutritionist located in Youngstown, Ohio and  have been in private practice serving the needs of Northeastern Ohio residents for the past 20 years , helping them achieve better health through a proper diet.

I graduated from Youngstown State University Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Nutrition.  I later obtained a Master’s Degree in Health Education with an emphasis in Nutrition Education from Pennsylvania State University.  I also completed a two-year internship at Northside Hospital and have since kept up with with the latest trends and developments in nutrition by taking several post graduate classes in nutrition .

I have been on the speaker’s bureau for the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society and have spoken to students in the public schools on the importance of  healthy eating. I  have  also taught classes in the Nutrition Department at Youngstown State University.
