Conditions

• To rent the hall you must have a current Malmo Community membership and live within the Malmo Community boundaries (available from rental contact).
• You must be 21 years old or older
• If alcohol is being served or present at your rental proof of  3rd party insurance and a valid liquor license must be presented before the key is picked up. If the insurance is not obtained your rental will be cancelled, this is to protect the community as well as the renter from any liabilities that could occur during or after your event.  We can provide forms for this coverage.
  
• When the key is picked up, this contract must be signed by the renter as well as the community's rental person.

• Up to 3 hours   $25
• 3 to 6 hours     $50
• 6 to 8 hours     $75
• 8 to 10 hours   $95
• Over 10 hours  $125

• A $500 security deposit is required for all rentals. After the hall key has been returned and the hall has been inspected for damage and contents (if everything is in satisfactory condition) the security deposit will be returned to the renter. All cheques are to be made payable to Malmo Community League. Receipts for hall rentals will be provided to the renter.

Ammenities

• Maximum hall capacity is 100 people
• The kitchen has a stove, dishwasher, microwave and a full size fridge
• The cupboards are stocked with a service of 25 settings china, cutlery and glassware
• There is a 100 cup coffee urn, a 36 cup coffee urn, a 12 cup drip coffee maker and a tea kettle
• There are 100 folding chairs, 20 - 32" X 72" lightweight plastic folding tables and 3 - 60" round folding wooden tables
• There is a house stereo with a dual tape deck, single CD player and tuner
