Magellan
RFID Chips have been designed and optimized for the powerful PJM (Phase
Jitter Modulation) protocol (ISO/IEC 18000-3 Mode 2). The passive PJM
RFID chips operate in the 13.56Mhz frequency band which enjoys
worldwide approval.
All our RFID chips are manufactured at high volume foundries in Europe and the USA.
We offer two basic chip versions:
PJM ItemTag™
The PJM ItemTag™ (66VxxIT) is designed as a tuned tag system (like all
other 13.56MHz RFID technologies) and is designed for applications
where multiple tag and orientation insensitive operation to a range of
1 metre is required.
PJM StackTag™
The unique PJM StackTag™ (66Vxx10ST) is the only RFID chip which can be
stacked without the need for any separation in stacks with hundreds of
RFID inlets. The StackTag feature provides a very high robustness
against detuning and will reliably work in very close proximity to
other tags, metals and liquids.
