Eleanor Jean Angus is an Executive Director and the Company Secretary of Magellan Technology Pty. Ltd.. As CEO of Magellan Corporation Pty Ltd she represents the largest shareholder in Magellan which founded Magellan Technology in 1985. In her ongoing capacity as Company Secretary Ms. Angus is responsible for the legal, IP and corporate business affairs of the Company. She assists the Chairman and the CEO with particular regard to licence matters, contracts and financial control.

Ms. Angus has been a Director of Magellan since 1991, Company Secretary since 1997 and was the CFO from 1992 to the end of 2005. Her previous experience includes working in the banking industry and the management of several profitable small businesses involved in the transport and property industries in Western Australia.
