MY 2 weekly update

 

 

We have officially started the second trimester by welcoming grandparents and special friends into the classroom today. Our special friends help MY students construct a structure as tall as they can with limited supplies.

In humanities we are moving into the Middle Ages, were we will explore and discuss social and cultural changes, and the crusades. In science they are finishing the botany unit, and in language A the students are reading East. On our half day tomorrow we will be using the bread oven. They will be in small groups making cookie dough, and time permitting will be sharing them with other classes.
