 Welcome to the Rush Section of the Louisville Beta Website. This section is dedicated to answering your questions about rushing our fraternity at the University of Louisville. Please click on any of the links above to find out more about our pledge program and what our requirements are. Rush Week is four nights of formal recruitment located on Greek Row and various other places on campus. Each fraternity will be hosting events all during the week. Come out and get free food, meet people and learn a little about Beta Theta Pi. Over the course of the week we will decide whether or not to extend a bid to you. A bid is an invite for you to pledge (join) our fraternity. On the final day of rush week you will show up to sign your Bid if you wish to go through with pledging Beta. After signing your bid you will spend the rest of semester learning about the fraternity and what it takes to be a Beta.
Obviously there's a lot more to joining a fraternity than just showing up to sign a bid. Below are some resources that will explain what we look for in our pledges and what you can expect if you decide to rush us.
If you feel interested in rushing Beta, please take a few seconds and fill out our online Rush Interest Form. By doing so your information will be submitted to our Vice President of Recruitment so he can get in touch with you. Even if you haven't met a lot of the guys in Beta, this is an excellent way to stay in touch and be notified of our events. |
