The Delta Pi Chapter of Beta Theta Pi at the University of Louisville welcomes you to our website. Beta has been an active member of the UofL Community since we received our charter in 1971. Having initiated over 450 men in our first 37 years, we look forward to continuing to grow and succeed in Louisville. This August we will be moving into our first house on campus in several years. Please join us as we enter this very exciting time in Delta Pi’s history.

Beta Theta Pi's annual $500 Men of Principle application is now available!

To apply:

1. Download attached application or copy and paste it from here

2. Fill out to best your ability

3. Email completed application as an attached word document to JDMILE02@LOUISVILLE.EDU

4.All applications are due by August 30th

The applicant that demonstrates excellence in both the classroom and community shall receive the scholarship.

New Philanthropy Partnership

We are extremely proud to announce our partnership with Project Women as our new local philanthropy.

Project Women serves the needs of single mothers in Louisville who are experiencing homelessness by helping them obtain a baccalaureate degree in order to help them escape the chain of poverty.

Beta is looking forward to assisting Project Women and their endeavors in the near future. Stay tuned for updates.

Beta Donates Over 1300 Pounds of Clothes

In the first annual Beta Clothing Drive, the Brothers of Beta Theta Pi challenged UofL Greek Life to donate all their old clothes to benefit the needy. After a month of work and a lot of weighing, over 1300 pounds of clothes were donated. We would personally like to thank Kappa Delta, AOPi, Chi-O, Delta Zeta, Phi Delta Theta, Pike, Kappa Sig, and Triangle for their support.

The clothes were donated to the Salvation Army center on Preston Highway to help the needy during the winter months.
