Register as a Walker Online

When you register as a walker...

1. We’ll mail you a Sponsor Pledge Form. Your Sponsor Pledge Form contains all of the information you’ll need to get started.

2. Begin gathering your pledges (no need to collect money - we do that for you) or hold fundraising events with your team.

3. On Saturday, October 24, 2009, choose the Life Walk location nearest you—Escondido or La Mesa—and arrive by 10:30 am with your completed Sponsor Pledge Form in hand.
