When you start using Mileage Tracker, we base calculations on ending mileage from your last fill up compared to mileage on your latest fill up.  When you enter your first fill up information we have no way of knowing your previous starting mileage because there is none! We therefore only use the mileage (and octane) information from that first fill up.  So your price and volume information is not used - there's no way we can use it and have accurate calculations.

That's why any money you spend on the first fill up doesn't enter into part of the analysis!  Makes sense?  Think about, if not, please email support.
