| Why is V1.1 crashing for me? We've gotten 6 emails from people using V1.1 where the application is crashing on them when they try to start it. This doesn't happen in our test environment, nor with our testers and we're investigating. When we find out more information we will post back here when we find out more information. We think we know the reason: Our app reads locale information out of your phone - This information comes from the Language and Region Format settings on your phone under "Settings > General >International" Verify that your phone has valid entries for these options by going in and re-selecting what you think the values should be. For example, "English" is NOT a valid region format. If you see this, drill down into Region Format and select a valid entry - like "United States". It looks like some phones do not have these values populated correctly, especially non 3G iPhones. We're not sure why that happens, but we'll follow up with Apple. - Just make sure your values come from the detail pages of choices, and the app should work. 5 of 6 emails were from people using 2.0 hardware. We're testing on that platform, and the functionality works as planned. We can't reproduce this issue. Has your upgrade worked smoothly? Please let us know at support@lemdisyn.com.
