Related websites The Pennsylvania Policy Database Project is a joint undertaking of the Pennsylvania General Assembly and six Pennsylvania universities: Temple University, Carnegie Mellon University, University of Pittsburgh, Penn State University, Penn State University Harrisburg and the University of Pennsylvania. We hope to have a fully functional, free, online database by September 2009 that will allow researchers, students, teachers, policy makers, and the general public to track and analyze policy in Pennsylvania through bills, statutes, appropriations, hearings, newspapers, opinion polls, executive orders, and court decisions. Initially, the project will cover the years from 1979 to the present.
