established accounts. New and established accounts will
be cash or COD until credit verification.
NEW ACCOUNTS
Require ½ of the balance in advance and a current credit
application on file.

SHIPPING
All delivery will be customer preferred. (US Postal
Service, Fed X, UPS, Overnight Delivery or Express
Mail). Shipping charges will be added to total bill, after PayPal Checkout.
NON-WARRANTY
Laurel Creek takes extreme care in keeping all varieties
properly named. I give no warranty, expressed or
implied, as to the variety or productivity of nursery
stock sold. No liability is assumed for crop failure or
any contingency beyond our control.
