Note that this Thursday is very important both for the AGM, and for the discount on 2008 fees. A couple of very important things to note: Annual General Meeting ------------------------------ ---- The AGM is this Thursday (7th February) at 7pm. Please come along. Old, current and new members welcome. Last years meeting had to be rescheduled due to lack of numbers, so lets see a good turnout this time please. New Members --------------------- Special Offer 1 - $$$ Incentive to Introduce New Members For each new senior squash club member you introduce, KRC will give you $50 credit towards your following year's subscription (i.e. 2009). For each new senior badminton club member you introduce, KRC will give you $30 credit towards your following year's subscription. For each new mid-week badminton club member you introduce, KRC will give you $15 credit towards your following year's subscription. Conditions of offer: A new member is anyone who was not a financial member in 2007. The new member's subscription must be paid in full. Your subscription for the current year must be paid in full before you can introduce the new member. Your credit expires if you do not rejoin KRC in the following year. Special Offer 2 - Early payment discount. Pay your KRC subscription for 2008 in full to be received by KRC on or before 7 February 2008 and you may pay the KRC Base Fees at 2007 rates. How to Pay: Provide these details with every payment: member's first name and surname the date the payment was made the purpose of the payment the amount of the payment 1. By direct credit (this is the club's preferred payment method) to Kumeu Racquets Club account 12-3085-0321121-000 with the member's first name and surname in the payee reference field(s), & then email payment details to Admin@KumeuRacquetsClub.org . 2. In person to the treasurer or their nominee by prior arrangement, providing written payment details. 3. Mail a cheque payable to Kumeu Racquets Club, to 50 Access Road, Kumeu, including payment details.
