AI Thailand มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเป็นศูนย์กลางการเผยแพร่แนวคิดและสร้างนักปฏิบัติืด้าน Appreciative Inquiry เครือข่ายนี้่ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 16 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2550 โดยมีจุดเริ่มต้นจากงานของผู้ก่อตั้งในหลักสูตรปริญญาเอกสาขา Management and Organization Development ที่มหาวิทยาลัยอัสสัมชัญ เครือข่ายของเราเป็นรูปแบบของเครือข่ายจิตอาสา มุ่งหมายมอบสิ่งดีๆให้สังคมให้สามารถพึ่งพาตนเองสามารถสร้างความรู้ได้จากประสบการณ์ดีๆ สามารถค้นพบจุดแข็งและโอกาส รวมทั้งนำไปใช้ได้อย่างสร้างสรรค์ ตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ไม่จำกัดวงการ ไม่จำกัดความรู้ วัย ขอเพียงเมื่อได้เรียนรู้จากเราไปแล้ว ก็ช่วยบอกต่อสอนต่อเป็นวิทยาทานต่อไป เครือข่ายนี้มีชาวชุมชนอยู่ใน 15 เมือง 3 ประเทศ พันธกิจหลักของเราคือการทดลองประยุกต์ AI และสร้างกรณีศึกษาด้าน AI ในสาขาต่างๆ ปัจจุบันชาวชุมชนของเราได้พัฒนากรณีศึกษาการใช้สุนทรียสาธกเพื่อแก้ปัญหา และสร้างโอกาสในองค์ต่างๆทั้งในรวมกันกว่า 94 กรณีศึกษา แบ่งเป็น โครงการทดลองจำนวน 55 กรณีศึกษา โครงการประเภทวางแผนแต่ยังไม่ทดลอง จำนวน 39 กรณีศึกษา ชุมชนนักปฏิบัติเฉพาะทาง 14 ชุมชน |
Established at October 16, 2007, AI Thailand's Mission aims to be a center for spreading knowledge and value of Appreciative Inquiry in Thailand. Originated from Ph.D. programme (Management and Organization Development) at Assumption University, Thailand, this Network is a non-profit orgnization aiming to help people/organizations find out their strenghts and articulate them to create social innovations. We welcome people from all walks of lives, education, professions and ages. We also aims to apply AI and develop AI case studies in diverse fields as many as possible. Without funding, all of works generated here are voluntary basis. Membership is therefore free. We work on through Communities of Practice. To date we have communty members in 15 cities of three countires. Our community members have developed totally 94 case studies in Thai. These cases are available for the public at university libraries in Thailand. Somes are posted in this websites.
