Farewell Note to Students:
 
 
 
Some of you tried to make your final essay better than anything previous - and you got higher marks.  Some did not!
 
Some perhaps don't deserve the marks they got because they were promised a mark equal to their previous highest - but got lazy.
 
 
FOR YOUR FUTURE
 
REMEMBER
 
While you focus on marks your focus is not on skills.  As long as you have the college paper you will get your job interviews - but from that moment on YOU NEED SKILLS.
 
Stop wasting TIME in class - start asking lots of questions so that you do understand what your teachers are teaching.
 
You are at fault if you don't do everything to make sure you understand everything and you are at fault if you don't develop your skills and you are at fault if you don't work hard.
 
It is your future - not your teacher's.
 
You MUST succeed - so YOU MUST APPLY YOURSELF to gaining ALL necessary SKILLS for your future work.
 
I HAVE LOVED BEING YOUR TEACHER.
 
I APPRECIATE YOU ALL!
 
I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST FOR THE FUTURE.

Please understand something:  Stupid people don't succeed.
 
When told to do something for your exam - it is stupid to say: 'Why should I do this - I won't bother!'
 
This was to have been the easiest exam possible - but never underestimate the laziness of students....... and never underestimate that lack of professionalism or self pride.
 
This was to have been a showcase exam paper whereby you could present an essay that was damn near perfect  - but being lazy - so many of you just decided to scribble dribble on paper.
 
Those of you who listened to me in class and put effort and presentation into your essays received extra marks.
 
As for The rest - you got the equivalent mark for your best essay - but had I been remaining in this school - I would not have given that mark to you.
 
I cannot justify to myself the marks some of you have been given.  And it is just plain laziness and lack of "pride in one's work". 
 
In English when a person asks: 'Why should we do this?' the reason for the question is that they are trying to understand the process.
 
But students when they ask 'Why should we do this?' are looking for justification NOT TO DO THIS!.
 
I apologise for having too much faith in you and thinking that I was a better teacher than I am.

Is Tingli test just like the test we once had ？

Tingli Test is like normal Tingli Class except it is a test.

There are 3 ways to calculate the score:

1. Spelling

2. The number of Correct Words

3. The number of Correct Sentences (by meaning , even if words spelled wrong or different word used)
