July 7th, 2007, was the day I left the college and entered into the other world - My intership period.
As a student with the great intention to go ahead my study process in order to obtain the higher degree ( the bachelor's degree in Nanjin Normal University, I gave up the work which one of my relative has arranged for me ( as a business assistant in a foreign-funded company).
For one thing, I really just to go on my study, as I was only 20 last year, I really don't plan to be a member of the society so fast, I dare not to imagine how the pressure I will have after work.
I know there would be lots of things to consider besides your deligence, such as the relationship with both your leader and also your colleague, etc)
I actually did not have enough confidence in my ability to do the job well, maybe the others in the company would laugh at me and my relatives.
It was not until in March this year I went to find a job by myself in Suzhou after I had passed many examination to get the bachelor's degree and obtain many certificate about English and Business. Maybe because I got many certificate that is relative to my major ( Business English) and with the brilliant academic record, I was given the chance to have the second,last interview by a private business corporation luckily which speciallizing in exporting the home appliances to all over the world.
Of course, it is the job I am doing now - merchandiser. I really like this job, it is full of challenge and curiosity to me . However, At first, during my nearly three month intership time, my boss appoint an order valuded more than 1 million with me to operate, without any working experience and knowlege in this field , it become impossible for me not to be criticized by my boss.
I was quite upset during that time,and even planned to quit especially when I SEE my colleagues arrogant eyesight.
But maybe I was really lucky than many people, my boss really treat me well, he has taught me many things about how to improve myself.
He once told me that although he criticized me a lot, his purpose is to watch my improvement in my business. With his encourgement in mind, I have been always try my best to learn everything well, to particiate in many training course and Now I am.
My boss give me many opportunity to have the business trip to many city in China; Guangzhou (to attend the canton fair), Hongkong ( Hongkong Fair), maybe next year to travel abroad (Germany).
Everbody will encounter some difficulties, perseverance is the key. .
