Important Options
The Options are located under the Tools menu.
There are several options with which you should feel comfortable making changes.
Show Lat/Long- This controls the display of the cursor location. You may have an individual preference, or you may be matching a location that is given in a particular style.
Show ElevationTerrain Quality- The granularity of the appearance of the landscape is controlled with this slider. It sort of depends on the speed of your computer and graphics card.
- When you want to get high quality output, move the slider to the maximum Higher setting.
Elevation Exaggeration- You probably want to keep this at the maximum value (3), except in situations where there are extreme elevation changes.
