YLA Contact List For Schools

 *Middle School contacts will be making suggestions to high school YLA School Coordinator regarding students who will be Freshman in Fall 09.

Each high school in the county will have a YLA School Coordinator(s) 

Specifically what we will be asking YLA School Coordinators to do is:

• Provide input and ideas to the YLA Planning Committee
• Talk with other school staff about the project and generate ideas on which students to recruit.
• Nominate four freshmen and sophmore students* and one alternate for the Academy (these will be students who are freshmen and sophmores in Fall 09).
• Assist with collecting students’ registration paperwork and preparing youth for the academy.
• Participate in some or all of the Youth Leadership Academy.
