I been using Xoom for a long time with PayPal.  I find it most trusting when buying stuff at Ebay Philippines via PayPal or via Xoom.  Xoom has PayPal option to pay for Ebay Philippines auctions.  Because I can pay with PayPal, I able to save money bank to bank.  Also what's cool about Ebay Philippines is that I can send load to my mother-in-law.  Send Xoom remittances and other stuff like Ebay Philippines auctions via Xoom.   PayPal is not available for Philippines.  PayPal is a separate account from Xoom.  When you click for PayPal option in Xoom, it takes you the PayPal website.
