RationaleMany class activities are designed for learning via doing, thinking and discussing. For this reason, class participation is an important graded component.
ExpectationsClass participation may involve the following:
- Exerting effort in small group activities
- Simple attendance
- Contributing and leading class discussions
- Asking questions in class
- Discussing with the instructor after class
- Keeping the instructor informed of your final project progress
