**STUDENTS/PARENTS/GUARDIANS

- Please refer to the syllabus for answers to frequently asked questions.  The syllabus is accessible to all students via Google Classroom.  Questions about homework policies including late work, long-term assignment policies, grading policies, cell phone/technology policy, absent work, academic assistance, and more can be answered in the syllabus (acknowledged by all students & parents/guardians at semester-start).  

-- Please note: I do adhere to syllabus policies to foster responsibility in and fairness to ALL students. Students and parents/guardians are given the syllabus at semester-start with an opportunity to ask questions. Please do not ask me to deviate from the syllabus because the student made a choice that conflicts with a set policy that was agreed to by the student and parents/guardians, which includes late work and grading policies. This does not foster goals or expectations for this vertical, honors course. 

- In the event of snow days of other school closure: Students must check Google Classroom on inclement weather days. I will make adjustments to the daily agenda/homework should a closure prevent or delay in-person class. There may be assignments due on such days, so be sure to check Google Classroom!

• Please note when you can see me for academic assistance or to discuss missed work or other individual issues/questions:

-- I am available to speak with students/offer support individually during posted hours; please see below.

-- I am not available to speak with students individually during passing or before/during/after class time. Please do not try to speak with me about an individual issue/question during any of these times in respect of our time constraints and your privacy. I will ask you to come back during posted hours or make an individual appointment.
