I have studied personal growth techniques since my teen years and have supported, motivated and coached many on their journey.  I continue with this search because I absolutely have a blast learning new things and experiencing the genius of others, especially around healing.  I use powerful techniques for quick, effective change.  You can read about these techniques by following the links at the left.
