Classroom Rules

• 1. All school rules apply.

  2. You will show respect for teachers, fellow students, and school property

  3. NO Electronics: cell phones, mp3 players, I Pods, electronic games, etc.

  4. Chromebooks are not to be opened until permission is given.

  5. No food, drinks, or cosmetics in the classroom. Don't bring any, don't get them out, don't ask.

  6. Be prepared. You will need your Chromebook, book, homework, paper, and a pencil or pen everyday! (Returning to your locker because you forgot an item will result in a tardy)

  7. Do not disrupt class with unnecessary talking, interruptions, etc.

  8. You should be in the room before the bell rings, in your seat and quiet. (3 tardies per grading period = Lunch Detention)

  9. Late work will not be accepted.

  10. Absent work: 1 day to make up work for each day of class missed.

Consequences for the classroom disruptions

• 1. Warning (verbal or nonverbal), possible lunch detention

  2. Call to parents/guardians

  3. Office referral

  4. Immediate removal from the room to the office (serve infractions will skip to step 3)

Grading Scale:

90-100 = A

80-89 = B

70-79 = C

60-69 = D

0-59 = F
