June 19, 2009 Learning Spotlight: Endersession What a wonderful, eventful week! Hopefully, you have already begun to hear about some of the adventures that took place over the course of the week. For the faculty, the week-long Endersession provided a wonderful opportunity to spend time with students outside of the classroom, using a variety of tools to assist in learning. It was definitely a rewarding experience and an important part of the school community. IACA Basket Raffle Be sure to check out the basket raffle during Exhibtion Night. Not only is a great fundraiser for our school, it is a wonderful opportunity to win one (or more) of the impressive theme baskets! Emergency Forms If you have not turned in a new emergency form for the 2009-200 school year, please do so ASAP. Students without new forms will not be able to start school on September 1st. If you lost the form that was mailed home to you, the form is available on the school website.
Return Library Books We need all students to return library books as soon s possible. In preparation for summer renovations, we need to get our collection inventoried and stored safely. Please help us with this task! We intend to send home fine letters in August for any unreturned books. If you have any questions you can contact Carol Gallagher at gallagher2005@gmail.com. Pancake Breakfast hosted by the Girl's HS Basketball Team. Tuesday, June 23rd 7:00-7:50 in the Cafeteria $5.00, all you can eat pancakes, plus bacon, fruit and juice. Pay at the door or purchase tickets in advance from Ms. Jensen or Ms. Thomas. Coffee and Hot Chocolate for sale ala carte.
