**Codes for X2: M = missing- this calculates as a 0 in their overall average
Ab = absent- this does not affect their overall average. Once they've had
sufficient time to complete it, it will be changed to an "M" if still
incomplete.
Ex = excused- for a very specific reason, the student was excused from the
item. This
is more common for homeworks, i.e. a homework pass was used.
R = received- the item has been received, but not yet graded. This does not
affect their overall average
Inc = incomplete- they have started and then been given extra time to
complete the assignment. This calculates as a 0 in their
overall average until the assignment is completed. |
