Welcome to fifth grade English Language Arts! For many students, this is the first year that they are experiencing the combination of spelling, grammar, reading, and writing all within one class. While working on these skills independently, the goal is to help students see the bridges existing between them in order to improve their comprehension and strategic approach to written work.
