Study each of the following, focusing on both meaning and the irregular past forms. - saber (sup-)
- poner (pus-)
- poder (pud-)
- querer (quis-)
- tener (tuv-)
- estar (estuv-)
- hacer (hic-)
- decir (dij-)
Your studying should produce a paper trail (evidence) which you'll hand in. You can try any of the following methods: - Create an association web of Spanish and English cognates/forms
- Create flashcards with English on one side, and the Spanish forms on the other side (for example "put" / "pongo / puse / he puesto").
- Quiz yourself repeatedly, giving the English word + the past form (e.g. "Put" -> "poner" / "I put (yesterday)" -> "puse").

You have to write 2 pieces of "gossip" for tomorrow's class.
Your gossip should include multiple steps, separated with "que" (that) -- for example
"She told me that he said that Bob thought that Mary liked him." (Me dijo que él dijo que pensó Bob que a Mary le gustó.)

Today students need to write a dialog of 10 lines or more that uses the imperative (command) form throughout.
In class, we introduced the irregular imperative form of the "go-go" verbs (salir/venir/poner/tener/decir/etc) as well as of hacer and ir.

For March 19th, you will need to hand in:
1. Your "top 10" lists. This was class work -- you had to write a list of the top 10 things that you "have done" and the top 10 things you "haven't done yet", in each case using the 'he ____o' form (the antepresente).
2. Your practice sentence problem sets. This was homework. I've attached the original handout to this document -- not that the handout has many different problem sets -- each student was only given 1 set to do (they're all different).
3. Completed your practice conversation. This should be recorded in your server space.
