Sandra Macaulay - General Manager
Sandra has a background in the Health sector having been both a registered nurse and midwife.
For a period of time she worked outside of the health sector in various industries in training and development;
process review and documentation; and project management roles. She has been back working in the Health sector for the past 8 years in various not for profit organisations.
Her passions outside of work are most recently golf, wine tasting and drinking, photography and overseas travel.
Rob Creagh - Service Manager
Rob is a relative newcomer to the Health and Disability sectors but 20 odd years in a wheelchair due
to a motor vehicle accident in his teens gives him a personal perspective on the challenges facing
disabled people and their families.
His primary focus at Manawanui InCharge is facilitating the activities of the nation-wide team of IF Coaches.
Rob lives in Huapai (just West of Auckland) with his wife, Karen, 2 teenagers and a toddler. He happily pursues his interests in cycling and photography as time allows.

Chrissy Scott - Office Administrator
Chrissy has a wealth of experience in Office Administration and Process.
Her previous roles in the insurance industry, human resources and most recently,
the NZ Immigration Service, gives Manawanui InCharge the ability to provide outstanding service to all.
Chrissy has 3 children and enjoys photography, music and spending time with family and friends.
Barbara Woodman - IF Coach - Auckland Region
Barbara Woodman is a Disability Consultant with particular expertise and experience in Needs Assessment and Supported Employment.
She has worked in the Disability Sector for fourteen years, in management in a Supported Employment organisation, and more recently as a self-employed consultant.
Prior to that she was a teacher, landscape designer, stained glass window maker, among other things.
She has two adult children and other family members who experience disability and two grandchildren whom she is besotted with.
Barbara is a foundation member and resident of an eco-neighbourhood where her spare time is spent building community and permaculture gardens, which are her passions alongside supporting the rights of people who experience disability. Email: barbara@incharge.org.nz
Daveena Neilson - IF Coach - Lower North Island Region
Daveena has years of experience within the disability sector, needs assessment/service coordination, advocacy and support roles.
She fully supports any initiative that allows individuals to have more control within their lives - hence her role with manawanui as a IF Coach.
She has a small block of land with cows horses chickens sheep and cats which keeps her out of trouble most of the time.
Richard Buchanan - IF Coach - Canterbury & Upper Sth Island Region
"Richard has worked in the disability sector for the last 12 years and has held a number of roles including teaching,
management and leadership. Richard now works for himself providing contact and consultancy services to the disability sector. He is
contracted to Manawanui Incharge as an Individualised Funding Coach in Canterbury.
Richard brings to this role his lived experience of disability and his experience of managing individualised funding.
He enjoys the outdoors, sport and wine appreciation."

Lawrence Chok - IF Coach - Manawatu Region
Lawrence has had extensive experience working with various organizations in financial difficulty working through solutions with them.He has had varied experience both in the corporate sector and more recently working with the Mental Health and Intellectual disability sectors.
Currently Lawrence is a financial and corporate advisor to two charitable trusts in the Palmerston North and Wellington regions, and has recently been involved with setting up an entity to support families in giving their loved ones a good life.

Penny Hambleton - IF Coach - Otago/Southland Region
Penny has a professional background in health with both national and international experience.Since 1993 Penny has worked exclusively supporting the lives of people who access long-term formal support.
Penny graduated with a Master of Health Sciences from Otago University in 2006. She has found that both her work and academic environments have been valuable forums from which to engage andthink more deeply about the plight of people in general and more specifically on the myriad of issues that often surround a person who is a recipient of formal services.
As part of a Standards Plus initiative Penny established and manages the Individualised Funding for Elders in Dunedin.

Mary Hack - IF Coach - Bay of Plenty Region
Mary has 25 years experience working in Hospitals and Rest Homes and holds a Rest Home Managers Certificate. Mary also has 4 years experience working in a needs co-ordination role transitioning the people from Kimberley into the community (Clients with Intellectual disabilities and mental health issues).
She is currently working for Manawanui In Charge as an IF Coach alongside her role for LIFE Unlimited as a Disability and Information Consultant.
Mary has 3 Adult children and enjoys fishing, gardening and spending time with family and friends

Vivienne Witt - IF Coach - Lakes Region
Vivienne Witt currently works for Manawanui in Charge as an IF Coach and also works for Life Unlimited as an
Information and Equipment Consultant in the Rotorua Disability Resource Centre. Vivienne finds both these jobs both interesting and diverse.
Between her partner and herself, they have 5 Adult children.
Vivienne's intererests are family and friends, reading,walking and good wine.
