Manawanui InCharge provides free support to disabled people who use individualised funding (IF) to manage their support services.

 

The Ministry of Health is piloting an IF Program designed to give New Zealanders improved control and flexibility in managing their personal support needs.

IF can give a disabled person more choice, portability, control and flexibility as they decide how, when, and who provides their support.

Not everyone can receive IF - there are certain eligibility criteria. You need to be assessed by your Needs Assessment and Service Co-ordination (NASC) Agency.
