June 23, 2009--This summer, I am taking over the solar greenhouse and small hoop house at Shoestring Farm, where I live. I am going to experiment to see what I can grow in these two spaces for winter eating. At minimum, October through December, and then, perhaps in early spring, February, March and April. Stay tuned to find out how my experiment turns out and whether there is food to share.
