I really enjoy in helping business people understand how social media and social collaboration tools can impact their organisation.  It's like learning to swim - you can cover as much theory and stroke technique by the side of the pool as you like - but it's not until you jump in that you actually start to really learn.  I'll help you over to the shallow end of the pool so your first experience doesn't risk drowning.
