Our Cultural Committee plans and coordinates all cultural events and activities such as Opera nights, musical shows, film festivals, concerts and cultural exchanges.

Twice a year Opera San Jose performs to “standing room only” enthusiastic audiences at the Italian Cultural Center. From its inception, the IAHF has been a primary and strong supporter of Opera San Jose. Large donations support this important part of Italian culture.

Musical groups and artists from Italy visit and perform at the Italian Cultural Center.

The IAHF Film Festa features award winning films that give members the rare opportunity to see films spoken in Italian with English subtitles.

Our Wine and Art Show brings together local wineries and artists in a festive artistic environment.

Our Wine and Art Shows have joined in tandem with other ethnic cultural groups with continued growth in the spirit of community development.

We encourage and financially support the teaching of the Italian Language and culture in Santa Clara County.

The Saint Joseph Table celebration is an Italian tradition of faith and thanksgiving that helps the less fortunate in their time of need. We celebrate this feast day each year. All net proceeds are shared with local charities.

The annual Children’s Christmas Party shares the spirit of Christmas.
