We offer a complete community Event Management Service, acting as a partner we can help you with as much or as little as you need we are happy to tailor make a package for you.

Licensing & PRS
We find that many venues can be put off running public events due to licensing and insurance worries. Whilst this is a very important consideration, we are able to offer the experience to help you break down such barriers.
 
As part of our team we have Personal Licence Holders, an SIA Door Supervisor, First Aiders, Fire Marshalls and staff trained in risk assessment. Through our affiliation with Making Music (formerly National Federation of Voluntary Music Societies) we have both Public (£5m) and Employers (£10m) Liability Insurance as well as a facility to arrange PRS Licensing in otherwise unlicenced venues.
 
Sourcing Volunteers
Through our partnership with Outset Youth Action and the V Inspired project we have a large amount of volunteers with a wide range of experience and skills. This could include artist liason, photography, technical crew, front of house and hospitality, logistics and more.
 
Ticketing and Box Office
Running lots of events ourself we have plenty of experience in providing box office facilities for both advance sales, and on the door.
 
For advanced sales we have our own website myLiveTicket.co.uk which allows members of the public to purchase tickets using their credit or debit card or paypal account. In addition we have an agreement with ticketweb allowing online box office facilities handled by one of the largest ticketing companies in the world.
 
We are also happy to process telephone orders on your behalf with Customer Not Present debit and credit card facilities.
 
For on the door sales we often use a wristbanding system, particuarly useful for passouts or all ages events that have a licenced bar, making it clear to bar and security staff who is over and under 18. We can provide tills and wristbanding for your event as well as ticketing.
 
Power
We have enough generator power to be self contained with our medium sized PA. For larger multistage events, or where you need additional power we are happy to work with contrators to provide it, as well as exploring other options (such as built in lampost power in town centre locations).
 
Security
We work with local security companies for many of our own events and as such have a good working relationship as well as the ability to negotiate discounted rates. If required we are happy to source and manage SIA Qualified Door Supervisors on your behalf, supplemented with volunteer stewards if required.
 
Licenced Bars and Refreshments
We are able to provide reasonably priced licenced bars or refreshments for your event, even if the venue doesn't have a permenant premises licence.
 
We will tailor pricing and stock to your needs and are able to provide experienced bar staff. Depending on volume we may also be able to agree a profit share, boosting the income from your event.
 
For larger events we are also happy to source external caterers with whom we have worked with in the past.
 
 
Communications
Up to the second communication is vital for events with large events spending alot of money on radio systems, telephone lines and internet connections for their site office. 
 
Advances in technology however mean that good communication needn't be out of reach for smaller community events. We have alot of experience in using VoIP, Mobile Broadband and two way radio to create 'virtual office' facilities, at very little cost ensuring you are in contact with your team, contrators and customers even when you're on site at your event.
