HighGain is run by a group of young people aged 14-25 years old. All our staff are volunteers with a wide base of experience in the event industry.

Sam deals with the day to day running of the organisation with responsibility for managing live events, planning and looking after volunteers.

Technical Manager / Treasurer - Jamie Friday
Jamie looks after all our equipment, including PA, Lighting and AV that is used for live events, as well as installing and maintaining Studios, AV and IT equipment in many of the centres we work in. We have a wide range of equipment that is available to hire for community events, we are also happy to offer general advice to other community groups.

Artist Development / Event Manager (Crawley) - Vicky Elston
Vicky has a wide range of experience and contacts working on arts events in the South East, as well as drumming in various local bands. Vicky's role includes developing opportunities for artists we work with as well as event managing Crawley Live events.

Gemma is reponsible for liasing with artists and works with our volunteers and other members to put together lineups for our events, with specific responsibility for ROCK:HYC.

Sophie Rea
Sophie has recently moved to university but continues to work on larger events, as well as identifying touring bands for our shows.
DJ & Live Sound - Tom Viney
