| Safety | What can I do to report speeding problems in my area? | The City of Austin has a Traffic Calming program; however, as of June 2009, it has no funding. Calling in and requesting a traffic study and making people aware of the problem is more or less the only legal course of action you can do; however, there isn't a limit on the number of times you can call in, so get your neighbors to join in and call as well. More unique names is better than 1 name calling multiple times. In addition, you may not store any material on a vacant lot.
