On Friday, June 13th, 2008 Ted Zdeblick, playing in an outing with the Central CT Dental Society, aced the 16th hole
from 160 yards using his 6 iron.
His playing parteners were Rich Anderson, John Quimlin and Neil Saleski. |

On Thursday, June 12th,2008, Kathy Huard, playing in the Classic Ladies League, recorded her 1st ace on the 12th hole.
She used her 6 iron and knocked in her Lady Precept ball from 100 yards.
Her playing partners were Carolyn Garthwait, Faye Earley and Carol Richters |

David Merrill, Sr. got the last laugh playing with his two sons David
Jr and Dean when he
aced the 18th hole from the gold tees set at 155
yards using his 3 wood.

As a participant in the Calvanese Foundation Golf Tournament, Carl
knocked in his tee shot
on hole 12 using a 7 iron from 150 yards out.
His playing partners were Dennis Stanek Jr,
Dave Dineno, and Keith
Dineno. The shot was worth $1,000 cash. |
