How to find the Priory Church By Car: To approach from Edinburgh by road, take the A90 following signs to the Forth Road Bridge, take the exit marked to Queensferry, continuing through the High Street until you reach a T junction. The Priory Church is visible on your right (opposite the Police Station) and there is a parking area behind it. To approach from Glasgow by road, exit the M8 to follow signs for the Forth Road Bridge. At the Ferrymuir roundabout, before reaching the bridge, turn right into the town and continue down the Kirkliston Road until the road bends sharply to the left. The church is on your right with parking behind. To approach from the North, exit the A90 immediately after crossing the Forth Road Bridge, turn left at the roundabout and left again at the next roundabout (Ferrymuir). Follow the road down the hill until it bends sharply to the left. The church is on your right By Plane: The closest airport is Edinburgh International, from which the Stagecoach 747 bus goes to South Queensferry (ask the driver for the stop as it will be the first or second one) A good bus service also exists to the Edinburgh city centre. Alternatively, please contact the autocrat if you would like to be collected from this or some other airport. By Train: The nearest train station is Dalmeny (approximately 0.8miles, a 20min walk). From the, train station, exit the main entrance, and walk along Station Road to where it dead-ends, then turn downhill on The Loan. At Hopetoun Rd, turn left and the Church will be on the right. By Bus: From the centre of Edinburgh, the Stagecoach bus no. 43 runs frequently and has a stop at the South Queensferry Police Station, which is across the street from the site.
