Welcome to Mrs. Chrissy’s 2’s-3’s am class.

October is already over! We had a great time at the field trip playing in the corn box, seeing the animals and riding on the tractor ride!

In the month of November we will be talking about harvest vegetables like apples and corn. We will touch base on Indians, pilgrims, turkeys, what we are thankful for and Thanksgiving. We will continue to discuss colors, shapes, counting up to 30 and simple ABAB patterning. We are also working on prepositions like over, under, around, through, on and off.  At the end of the month we will be having a school wide thanksgiving feast. I will make a sign up sheet for various items to help us with our feast.

Thank you to all you wonderful parents that have donated to the class. I do not need any more toilet paper rolls because my toilet paper roll bin is completely full!!! For our thanksgiving feast we will need a lot of brown paper bags. So if you have any please bring them in. We are also in need of tissue paper, Lysol wipes and Lysol spray so we can disinfect the classrooms daily.Once again thank you for all of your help!

             Fridays are STILL spirit days. Every Friday we will have something for the child to wear that day. It might be a theme(crazy hair, sports), a color (Mrs.Chrissy's class is Green) and/or the School of imagination shirt that many have purchased at the beginning of the school year. Look on the calender for each special Friday. Lets win a pizza party!!!

I am also looking for more children’s music for class so if you have any music CD’s can you please make a copy of the music for the class.
