This is my 26th year as a teacher in Greenville County. I have taught grades four, five, seven and eight as well as 4th/5th grade combinations. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Carolina-Upstate and my Master’s in Gifted Education from Converse College. I am married to Brian Simpson (who teaches P.E.  at J.L. Mann) and we have a son, Erik. I am also the proud Auntie of two nephews! I'm very excited about all of the great things we'll do this year.
